We want you to love your Citrusy gear — but if something's not right, we've got you. 🍊

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item needs to be:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@shopcitrusy.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and why. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label plus instructions on where to send your package.

Please don't send items back before requesting a return — packages sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Shipping Issues? File a Claim with SavedBy

If you added SavedBy Package Protection at checkout, you're covered for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

  • You'll get a separate confirmation email from SavedBy with a direct link to file a claim
  • Or file anytime at https://customer.savedby.io/
  • SavedBy will get you a replacement or refund — fast

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, email us right away at info@shopcitrusy.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We're not able to accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • 🎁 Holiday boxes (final sale)
